I also tried "Reset All Settings", but it is still jumping between blank and the white apple. I installed some apps a few days ago and another one today as part of the debug process (it was mentioned in a different thread). At one point it let me back in and I went into the settings and then it wouldn't let me out of the settings! I went into Wallpaper and in Camera Roll I saw a lot of photos of the Settings Window! So this means that every time I pushed the button to get out of Setting it took a picture?!?!?! Then I let go the buttons and watched the white apple for a while. I tried to force it off by pressing the two buttons until the white apple appeared. Moments later it the white apple appeared, went away, came back.
