The rest of the elite skills are all terrible. It ONLY does something relevant if you DIE, so honestly the word is "not rewarding". The only outliar is Weave-Self, which is good. I wonder what elementalist rotations would become if Conjured weapons became exactly like Engineer Kits, at least for a while.Įdit second worst thing, as said in the comments is the state os Elite skills. (Still not as strong as many other things we have in game, though, not even close) They would be VERY strong with no punishing cooldowns. The Conjured weapon skills aren't even that strong, to be honest. I believe I could sum my thoughts in changing an element and losing the weapon for 40-180 seconds is pretty punishing. Though Elementalist has 4 elements, Conjuring a weapon for a specific purpose, or a specific need would feel better than "use and throw away" approach we have now, even though ae can use twice, because of the summoned version that stays on the floor (that no one other than Elementalists themselves use). It feels clunky and unrewarding using the skill.Įngineer has kits, but they don't have cooldowns on activation, so you're free to think "hey, X skill(s) from my kit could be useful in this situation" and adapt. What I mean is the fact that part of Elementalist's (stupid long) rotation in any build, usually includes conjuring a weapon, using two skills, maybe three, dropping the weapon and forgetting about it. I'm posting this to see how many people that tried elementalist out, or actually play it regularly think the same. I believe currently the one of the worst parts about Elementalist is how Conjured weapons work. Latest patch Dev tracker Guild Wars 2 Discord Optional description Nightmode Lights on Content Filters
